Application:
It is used to detect the bending resistance of the household appliance power cord in entrance section and verify its reliability.
Test Principle:
Adopts the motor to drive the turntable to rotate, applies a load to the cord and pass the rated voltage, so that the sample can be bent at a certain speed and angle, until the preset test times are finished or the soft line breaks without current signal.
Structure:
The equipment is driven by a servo motor, and with a large-size aluminum plate for mounting samples. When the sample is clamped, the swing axis and the point where the flexible cord enters the appliance can be matched, so as to achieve the minimum lateral displacement of the cord with the load.
