The test device is suitable for sealing parts and enclosure’s sand and dust resistance capacity testing of the electrical and electronic products, car and motorcycles spare parts and seals. In order to detect the use, storage, transport performance of the electrical and electronic products, car and motorcycles spare parts and seals under the sand and dust environment.
The test equipment uses intelligent and humanized PLC control system, the inner of the test equipment is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, the enclosure is A3 plate electrostatic spraying. And it also has large observation window and manual wiper device. The security protection is good.
The sand and dust test chamber is designed and manufactured according to IEC60529:2013 Figure 2, and required by IEC 60335-1 Clause 22.1, IEC60598-1-2008, and etc.

To verify the performance of the use, storage and transportation of electronic and electrical products, automobiles & motorcycle parts, seals and lamps in a dusty environment, to determine the possible harmful effects to the product by the particles carried by the air stream.
There is a conical funnel with dust collection port at the bottom; the suction port of the high-pressure turbine circulation fan is installed at the dust extraction port (at the bottom), and the collected dust is sent to the top of the inner chamber and freely sprinkle from top to bottom.
It can simulate an open, dusty air environment condition induced by the natural environment or by human disturbances such as vehicle motion.

The machine adopts a closed chamber structure, a suspended man-machine interface operation device, a large visual window, the test circulates inside the cabinet. The inner chamber adopts a mirror panel and a special air duct design, which ensures to produce a standard concentration of laminar airflow in the chamber, there is a vacuum suction device is arranged.
The main structure includes outer chamber, inner chamber, dust suction port, dust recycling funnel, circulating dust blowing device, vacuum system, dust storage tank, flow valve, heating system, reverse flow blade, protective plug.
