Professional cookware testing machine designed for handle fatigue resistance and strength testing in compliance with international standards.
The design of the handle fatigue resistance and strength test apparatus complies with Clause 10.9 and Annex D of TZS 683/2022 and ES 573:2021 standards.
TZS 683/2022 - 10.9 Test of Strength of Handle Attachment:
A quantity of mass equal to 2.25 times the capacity of the utensil (in kg) is placed inside. The handle is attached to the lever apparatus and lifted off/lowered onto a flat surface once per minute for 24 hours using a rotating cam. After testing, the utensil is inspected for rupture failure, separation, or leakage.
TZS 683/2022 Annex D - Fatigue Test:
Apparatus continuously raises and lowers loaded cookware from a level surface once per minute via its handle. The cam provides smooth graduation from rest to fully raised position (40±2 mm) and back in 60±1 seconds. After 1500 cycles, cookware is examined for permanent visible distortion or weakening of handle assemblies.
The equipment simulates repeated lifting and lowering of cookware under load using a rotating cam mechanism, reproducing real-world usage conditions.
