Product information:
 
This testing machine is suitable for bending tests on non-metallic conduits and other materials. First, according to IEC61386-22 Section 10.4.103 and Figure 101, bend to the left at an angle of 90°±5°, and return to the vertical position. After 1 minute, bend to the right again at 90°±5°, and then return to the vertical position and stay for 1 minute, and repeat this process 3 times. The last time the sample stays for 5 minutes and then bent to a position of 45°±5° with the vertical line, use the IEC61386-22 Figure 102 gauge to verify whether it can pass through the bent conduit. After the test, observe whether the sample has cracks. Comply with the requirements of Clause 6.6.2.3 and Figure 10 of JG3050-1998 "Insulated Electrical Bushings and Accessories for Buildings", "GB 20041.21-2008 Conduit Systems for Cable Management Special Requirements for Rigid Conduit Systems", GB/T14823.2 "Conduits for Electrical Installation" Special requirements - Rigid insulating material flat conduit", ZBG33008 "Polyvinyl chloride plastic corrugated wire conduit" and IEC61386-22 Section 10.4 and Figure 101 and other requirements.
