IEC 60332 Vertical Flame Propagation Test For Single Insulated Cable with PLC Control

 

Product information:

 

The single insulated wire vertical flammability test apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the standards IEC60332-1-2, IEC60332-1-1, IEC60695-11-2, IEC60332-1-3 and customized requirements, and is used to test single wire and cable or optical cable products vertical burning test to determine the burning characteristics of its insulating materials.

The test system adopts PLC control, 7-inch color touch screen operation, with infrared remote control operation function. The equipment adopts the integral air intake automatic ignition system, and the combustion delay is only 0.1 second to ensure the full combustion of the gas, and it can be automatically closed according to the set combustion time, which can further carry out the flame vertical spread test. The burning time can be set through the touch screen, and the flame height and calorific value can be calibrated through the gauge and temperature rise measurement system. The equipment is easy to operate and has a friendly interface. It is the first choice for reliable equipment for third-party testing agencies and factory laboratory departments.

 

 

Structure:
 
The equipment adopts Mitsubishi PLC control, 7-inch color touch screen operation, and infrared remote control dual operation.
It adopts the blowtorch required by GB/T5169.14-2017 Appendix A/IEC60695-11-2: 2017 Annex A, as well as the propane and air dual gas supply pipelines required by the standard, and is equipped with a temperature measurement system (0.5mm imported thermocouple + A. 7 Temperature measuring copper head + temperature rise time record). Make the adjusted flame (blue flame core height 46-78mm, total outer flame height 148~208mm) match the temperature measuring copper block at 100±5°C~700±3℃ and controlled within 46±6s.
The PLC control system automatically controls the fire supply time, and automatically extinguishes when the set time is reached. Both touch screen buttons and remote control can be operated to record the process time of filter paper ignition and combustion stop. The distance between the upper and lower starting points of carbonization and the lower edge of the upper support is measured by the operator (marking can be in advance and removed for measurement).
