60K BTU Double Code Air-Enthalpy Method Calorimeter ISO 5151
System introduction:
This air enthalpy method calorimeter lab consists of 1 indoor side room (Room A) and 1 outdoor side room (Room B). The refrigerating capacity, heating capacity and other performances of an air conditioner are tested by means of testing the lab parameters, such as temperature, pressure and electrical performance. This installation can be used to test the performance of various window type, split type, free-standing type and ceiling cassette type and duct type AC air conditioners, and can also be used for other standard operating condition related tests and expanded tests, meeting the need for product sampling inspection and product development. The laboratory is equipped with two stations, which can simultaneously test two sets of 1-Phase prototypes not larger than 30KBtu (to ensure total not large than 60K BTU), if only test one set of prototype once, then prototype can up to 60K BTU, but should not larger than 60K BTU.
In this test system, the operation of the equipment is controlled by a programmable controller and a HMI, test running data are collected by a high accuracy data collector, the data can be transferred at real time to an upper level computer for processing, the computer displays, stores, outputs and prints test reports.
