This instrument complies with UL2054 Article 22 (Figure 22.1), UL 1642-2009 Article 20 (Figure 20.1), GB 31241-2014 Article 7.9 (Figure E.2).
Battery fire exposure tester is a necessary test equipment for battery manufacturers and quality inspection departments. The equipment is characterized by easy operation, safety and reliability, and high precision. It is the ideal test equipment for battery combustion and ejection test.

The exhaust port opens automatically when there is smoke alarm, and the exhaust port closes with delay when there is no smoke.

High-definition camera and visualization window enable the operator to clearly observe the changes of the measured object in the experiment.
Adopting explosion-proof glass with steel mesh for double protection.
Controlled by remote control, the longest distance can be up to 10 meters.

Test procedures:
 
Place the test cell on a flat surface and cover it with a lid that has a 4-inch diameter hole in the center. The lid is made of wire mesh or 0.017 in (0.43 mm) wire with 20 holes per foot. An 8-sided, 2-foot (610 mm) wide, 1-foot (305 mm) high screen is placed around the sample. The wire mesh consists of 0.010-inch (0.25-millimeter) wire with 16-18 wires per inch. The sample is placed on the wire mesh, covering the hole in the center of the bench, and then heated until the sample explodes or is destroyed. The safety valve is oriented parallel to the asbestos cloth.
ACCEPTANCE: The exploded cell did not partially penetrate the screen and the cell did not protrude partially or completely through the screen.
