Product information:

 

This thermal shock test chamber is required by IEC 60068-2-14 (Test Na) and it is required by IEC 62196-1Ed.4CDV 2020 clause 34.3.

The hot and cold impact (thermal shock) test chamber is used to test whether the rapid changes in high and low temperatures cause adverse effects on the product. It is a necessary test equipment for the metal, plastic, rubber, electrical and electronic, automotive parts and other materials industries.

 

Structure:

 

1. Chamber structure: Built-in a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, air valve, loop air duct and stainless steel loop fan, the test article is sent to the heat and cold zone by switching the basket; so as to achieve rapid temperature change and uniform distribution of indoor temperature

2. Inner chamber material: stainless steel

3. Outer chamber material: stainless steel

4. Insulation material: 24k glass wool for high temperature tank

5. Heater: Bare wire heater

6. Air supply circulation system: a. TECO motor b. Stainless steel extended shaft c. Multi-wing fan blade (SIROCCO FAN)

7.Chamber door: Monolithic door a. Flat embedded handle b. Rear button: SUS 304# c. Silicone foam tape

2. External chamber size: about 1400×2200×2200mm (W*H*D), according to final design

3. Temperature shock range: -40~150℃

4. High temperature setting: +60℃ ~ +150℃

6. Temperature recovery time: -40~150℃ about 3min

Safety device: over-temperature protection, motor overload protection, compressor high-voltage protection switch, compressor overheat protection switch, compressor overcurrent protection, overvoltage under-phase reverse protection switch, leakage circuit breaker, cooling water abnormal protection

18. Equipment power supply conditions: voltage: 380V AC (±10%), with protective ground wire, grounding resistance ≤4Ω; Frequency: 60±0.5Hz

The user is required to configure the device with an air or power switch of corresponding capacity at the installation site, and this switch must be used independently for this device; power: 32kw; maximum current: 80A
