This device meets the standard of IEC60335-2-2 clause 21.103, IEC 60312 clause 6.9, suitable for the Current-carrying hoses bending resistance tester. Compliance is checked by the following test.
The end of the hose intended to be connected to the motorized cleaning head is attached to the pivoting arm of the test equipment shown in Figure 17. The distance between the pivot axis of the arm and the point where the hose enters the rigid part is 300 mm ± 50 mm. The arm can be raised from the horizontal position by an angle of 40°±1°. A mass of 5 kg is suspended from the other end of the hose or from a convenient point along the hose so that when the arm is in the horizontal position the mass supported and there is no tension on the hose.

Testing Principle:
Uses PLC control and touchscreen operation.Controls the motor to drive the eccentric wheel mechanism to lift the mechanical arm (up to 40°±1°).Test count and speed can be preset,the machine stops automatically upon reaching the preset count.
Fix the end of the current-carrying flexible hose intended to connect to the power-cleaning head to the pivot arm of the device (distance to rigid part: 300±50mm).Hang a 5kg weight on the other end of the hose (the weight can slide along the weight slide plate).The pivot arm lifts from horizontal to 40°±1°, repeats 2500 cycles.Rotate the hose end by 90° and repeat the above test for another 2500 cycles.After completion, perform an electrical strength test on the sample.
