IEC60309-1 2012 8 Channels Connector Temperature Rise 0 To 400°C Test System
Equipment Overview:
The equipment provides a low voltage test voltage to the sample by simulating the normal use environment, and collects the temperature rise within a certain period of time and compares it with the standard requirements.
It is used for testing the temperature rise of plugs and sockets of charging ports interface after passing the rated current, assessing the heating of the surface of the electrical accessories when the load current is switched on and whether the temperature rise of the terminals complies with the standard requirements.
Can be used to test electric vehicle charging ports, industrial plugs and sockets and couplers.
Structures & Characteristics:
The temperature rise test system consists of a voltage regulator, a current transmitter, a PLC programmable controller, a current transducer, a touch-type human-machine interface and a movable chassis. It can stabilise the output test current, eliminating the effects on the test current due to fluctuations in the supply voltage, changes in the resistance of the connecting wires or copper rods or test samples, and improving the accuracy of the test results. The power supply has the advantages of low loss, high efficiency, easy operation, and complete control and detection functions. The touch screen displays the current value and temperature value of each temperature measurement point at any time. Temperature values are recorded every 2 seconds and a report is generated, which can be stored on a USB stick or copied to a PC for viewing and printing.
