Equipment Overview:
This equipment provides a low-voltage test voltage to the sample through the simulation test of the normal use environment, collects the temperature rise within a certain period of time, and compares it with the standard requirements.
It is used to detect the temperature rise test of the charging pile interface plug and socket after the rated current is passed, to assess the heating of the surface of the electrical accessories when the load current is connected, and whether the temperature rise of the terminal meets the requirements of the standard.
It can be used to detect electric vehicle charging ports, industrial plug sockets and couplers.
Structures & Characteristics:
The temperature rise test system consists of an electric voltage regulator, a current transmitter, a PLC programmable controller, a current sensor, a touch human-machine interface, and a movable chassis. It can stably output the test current, eliminate the influence of the test current due to power supply voltage fluctuations, connecting wires or copper bars, and changes in the resistance of the test sample, and improve the accuracy of the test results. The power supply has the advantages of low loss, high efficiency, easy operation, and complete control and detection functions. The touch screen can always display the current value and the temperature value of each temperature measurement point. Able to record the temperature value every 2 seconds to generate a report, which can be stored in a U disk and copied to a computer for viewing and printing.
