E27 Lamp Cap Gauge Go No Go Prevent Accidental Contact Gauges
The E27 lamp cap gauges are made of Japan DC53 material, Rockwell hardness 58-60 °, the E27 lamp cap gauges comply with the standard of IEC 60061-3, which is suitable for the quality inspection of the electric light bulb of the E27 screw lamp caps. Its structure and related waveforms (such as thread waveform) are calculated and optimized by computer, and then passed the processing of the computer machine tool, a high degree of precision and beauty has been achieved. The material is made of high cemented carbide with strong anti-rust ability.
E27 lamp cap Go Gauge (7006-27B-1)
Purpose: To inspect the maximum size of the lamp cap thread and the minimum value of T1min on the E27 finished lamp.
Inspection: When the lamp cap on the finished lamp is completely screwed into the gauge, the center contact of the lamp cap should be coplanar
E27 lamp cap No Go Gauge (7006-28A-1)
Purpose: To inspect the minimum outer diameter (dimension d) of the E27 lamp cap thread on the finished lamp.
Inspection: When the gauge is set on the thread of the lamp cap by its own weight, the center contact of the lamp cap on the finished lamp should not protrude from the X surface of the gauge.
E27S1 lamp cap No Go Gauge (7006-27C-1)
Purpose: To test the maximum size of S1 and the minimum of S1 of the finished lamp E27 lamp cap.
Inspection: When the lamp cap of the finished product is completely inserted into the gauge, the W side of the plunger should be coplanar with the X side or protrude from the X side, but should not protrude from the Y side.
E27 lamp cap Contacting Making Gauge (7006-50-1)
It is only applicable to the inspection of candle-shaped lamps, spherical lamps, household tubular lamps and small-shaped lamps equipped with the E27 cap shown in IEC60061-3.
Purpose: To test the size of the lamp's contact performance in the relevant lamp holder.
Inspection: If the W surface can be coplanar with the V surface or protrude from the V surface when the lamp is inserted into the gauge, then the shape of the lamp and the lamp holder can be considered qualified.
E27 Lamp Cap Prevent Accidental Contact Gauge 51*39 (7006-51-2)
Purpose: To test the E27/51×39 lamp cap on the finished lamp to prevent accidental contact.
Inspection: If the W surface does not protrude from the V surface when the lamp cap is fully inserted into the gauge, it can be considered that the shape of the lamp is qualified to prevent accidental contact.
E27 Lamp Cap Prevent Accidental Contact Gauge (7006-51A-2)
Purpose: To test the anti-accidental contact performance of the E27 lamp cap on the finished lamp when inserted.
Inspection: When the lamp is fully inserted into the gauge, if the W surface does not protrude from the V surface, it can be considered that the shape of the lamp is qualified for the performance of preventing accidental contact.
E27 Lamp Cap Torque Test Gauge (IEC 60968 Fig2)
Purpose: To test the mechanical strength of the lamp cap.
How to use: Slowly apply torque, gradually increase the torque applied to 3Nm from zero.
