Product Information:

 

This socket and plug test system conform standard requirements of IEC 60884-1: 2022 clause 20, 21, figure 22 and 23. The test system can achieve making and breaking ability test and the normal operation endurance test of the plugs, sockets for household and similar fixed-electrical installations. The testing purpose is to see whether the plugs and sockets can endurance the mechanical damage or electric fatigue failure during the normal operation. Whether the contact adhesion occurs or there is a phenomenon of being the on (off) station for a long time, which is the criterion of judging the sample is over damage or not.

 

The test equipment has 4 independent work stations, which can test 4 linear plugs or sockets. The equipment will automatically stop and alarm if one of the stations in abnormal running.

 

This device complies with standard terms of IEC 60884-1: 2022 clause 20, 21, figure 22 and 23.

 

The device is made of aluminum alloy rack, stainless steel seal plate, driven by a servo motor and ball screw, 7-inch color touch-screen display and set the test parameters, PLC control. Preset number of trials, testing rate, and stroke.

 

Test Principle:

 

The mechanical endurance tester SN1116-4: The test equipment adopts the servo motor to drive the fixture mechanism, then the samples are linearly pressed, pushed, etc. The test time, test speed and stroke can all be preset on the touch screen.

The Load Cabinets SN2117-2: The load cabinets can output stabilized voltage: 110-220-230-250-380-440V, and output max.32A current to sample. Each load cabinet has two independent stations, each with resistive, inductive and capacitive load three in one, the three types of loads are switchable.
