Equipment overview:


The coupler withdrawal testing apparatus is designed and manufactured according to IEC60320-1 clause 16 and figure 12. It is used to check the maximum withdrawal force of electric appliances coupler. The minimum withdrawal force is achieved by inserting a single-stage latch through hand-held mode.

Structural characteristics:
 

The device consists of a control cabinet, mounting plate, the heating device, electric appliance inlet (standard 10A hot-resistant , 10A and 16A very hot-resistant electric appliance inlets), weights hooks, supplement weights and the main weight.
Fix the electric appliance inlets to the C floor plate of the heating device which is shown in figure, make the pins of the electric appliance inlet are vertica and the free end of the pins are downward. Select the corresponding weight according to the appropriate sample, insert the sample connector into the electric appliance inlet, hang the corresponding weight at the wire’s end of the sample connector. Should not shake the sample connector when hang the main weight, and allow the supplement weight dropping from a height 5CM on the main weight, the sample connector should not be retained in the electric appliance inlets. For the sample connectors under the hot-resistant and very hot-resistant test conditions, should turn on the heating function, then process the maximum withdrawal force test after the temperature reaches to the setting value.
