IEC 60587 8kv AC and DC High Voltage Tracking Index Stainess Steel Test Chamber

 

Product overview:

 

The high voltage tracking tester is suitable for testing electrical tracking and erosion resistance of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials. Simulating at power frequency (48Hz-62Hz), using liquid contaminants and inclined plane samples, assessing the resistance to tracking and erosion of electrical insulation materials used under severe environmental conditions through measurement of resistance to tracking and erosion. This high voltage tracking tester is designed and manufactured according to IEC60587-2007 and GB_T 6553-2014.

 

Technical Parameters:

 

 

1. Electrode: 0.5mm thick, material: stainless steel.

2. The distance between the upper and lower electrodes: 50.0mm±0.1.

3. Test voltage: 100V-8000V stepless adjustable.

4. Voltage regulator: output: 0~250V can be adjusted.

5. Transformer for testing voltage: Maximum output voltage AC8000V & DC8000V.

6. When the loop current is 60mA, cut off the voltage output.

7. Test time: 6 hours.

8. Dropping accuracy: 0.2%.

9. Voltage stability: ±1%.

10. Judgment of tracking:

According to IEC60587-2007, apply voltage (2.5k V, 3.5k V and 4.5k V) to the sample, and drip the contaminated liquid at a certain flow rate, current under 60mA continues for 6H, if there is no overcurrent, the sample is qualified.

11. Drip device:

Adopt Rover precision peristaltic pump, the flow range is 0.00185 ~ 20 ml/min, the working speed is 0.1 ~ 50 rpm, the flow accuracy error: <0.2%. 12. Output voltage: AC/DC (switchable).

13. The number of experimental groups: five groups (during the test, one pump controls a group of drops, and does not affect each other during the test)

14. Control device:

Siemens PLC + Taiwan weinview touch screen control, precise control, simple operation, completely user-friendly design, automatic report generated at the end of the test, panel thermal printer can print the test results in time.

How to configurate the contaminated liquid?
 
① Concentration requirement of contaminated liquid: Use distilled water to configure mass fraction (0.1±0.002)% analytically pure NH4CL (ammonia chloride) and mass fraction (0.02±0.002)% isooctylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol non-ion type wetting agent mixed solution.

②. Configuration method of contaminated liquid: Add 2000ml of distilled water to the measuring cup, weigh 2g NH4CL analytically pure solid and 0.4g of isooctylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol using a balance, then add to distilled water, and stir evenly with a glass rod.
