The test room is composed of a test room, air conditioning system, hot and cold water supply system, electronic control system, computer measurement and control system, etc .
The temperature of the test room is adjusted by the built-in air processor in the test room. The required temperature of the test room is achieved through the automatic PID regulator adjusts the output of heating and cooling in the air processor according to the temperature value set by the user.
Obtain the required test water temperature by blending the heated hot and refrigerated cold water.
Under the condition that the ambient temperature is constant and the water supply temperature is constant, monitor the working state and parameters of the tested washing machine, and make a comparison test with the standard machine.

As shown in the following figure, the system software communicates with the programmable controller installed in the electrical control cabinet through the host computer to control the start and stop of all hardware devices in the laboratory. Other collection instruments such as data collectors, PID control instruments, electrical parameters, etc. are also connected in real time through the host computer and the system software, so that the system software can monitor the test data in real time and output it to a printing device or save it as an electronic report according to customer requirements.
