IEC 60898-1 Clause 9.10 Circuit Breaker Tripping Test Equipment 2500A
Overview:
Developed based on customer-defined technical requirements, this equipment conforms to applicable national and international standards, including IEC 60898-1 (9.10), GB10963.1-2005 (9.10), GB14048.1-2006 (7.2.1), and JB/T8979-2006 (8.13), ensuring reliable and standardized performance for circuit breaker testing.
This equipment is designed to verify the delayed tripping performance of circuit breakers by applying currents at 1.13, 1.45, and 2.55 times the rated value, ensuring the breaker trips within the prescribed time limits. It can also assess the instantaneous tripping behavior by subjecting the breaker to currents ranging from 3 to 20 times the rated current to confirm compliance with tripping time requirements.
It is ideally suited for online testing of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) and miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) before delivery. As essential equipment for electrical performance verification in circuit breaker manufacturing, it features fast fixture installation, fully automatic testing, and intelligent pass/fail judgment.
The equipment housing is constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy and steel, with the panels finished using metal spray coating and treated for anti-static, rust, and corrosion resistance. The upper section is equipped with a control panel, power switch, and terminals of various specifications dedicated to delayed tripping tests. With a compact structure, user-friendly operation, stable performance, and a modern, aesthetic appearance, this system provides an efficient and reliable testing solution.
